My first visit to Story's Collision was in Oct. 2023. I was given an estimate to repair a front bumper that had been dislodged while backing out a a garage on my daughter's car. The repair looked very simple, (...possibly just pop it back in place), but there was no way to know in advance. When I came to pick up the car, it had been fixed & looked great. when I was ready to no pay, I was told there was no charge, even though I knew it took at least a little bit of time to repair.
I am very grateful to have found Story's Collision & would recommend their service to anyone who needs collision repairs. They did a great job, were friendly, yet professional, & went above & beyond to fix my daughter's car. A huge thank you to Brian & Vicki for being so helpful & kind.

Jan 2024-Just picked up my car from Story's Collision Center. The repair work (crease on driver side back panel) is perfect. They also cleaned the inside extremely well (which I did not expect) and washed the exterior.
Story's guarantees work for as long as I have own the car. This is a local business in my community.
